Bill Babik is the Founder & President of Case Interactive Staffing since opening the firm in 1998. Bill is responsible for New Business Development, Account Management, Recruiting, and training for the IT/Computer Engineering, Engineering, and Human Resources business units of the company.
Prior to launching Case Interactive, Bill led a team of senior recruiters at Corestaff Services, Robert Half International, as well as spending time at Merrill Lynch, all of which adds to his hands on approach and seasoning his experience as a professional headhunter with over 20 years in the staffing agency/consulting business.
He has specialized in the IT/Computer Engineering, Engineering, and Human Resources staffing space and is skilled with Startups, Midsized, as well as Fortune 100 companies in various industries. He takes personal responsibility to train and hand-select all recruiters hired by Case Interactive Staffing to ensure a successful outcome for the clients of the company. This old school, consultative approach to recruiting is essential in todays diluted, internet-dependent recruiting market. This approach has been extremely effective with major clients such as 4-D Security Solutions, IPC Systems, Ricoh, Royal Bank of Canada, Goldman Sachs, and TD Ameritrade to name a few over the years.
Bill holds a degree in Marketing from Rider University.
